Injection Machines

It is a manufacturing method that involves shaping the molten plastic raw material by injecting it into a mold and removing it from the mold by cooling. With this method, plastic parts can be produced in a wide variety of sizes and categories, from the smallest parts to garden furniture. It is one of the most common production methods. The machine in which the process is made is called a plastic injection machine.

At the injection stage, the Plastic Raw Material in Granular Form is poured into the chamber on the Injection Group. Thanks to the resistances, it is fed to the heated rotary screw. With the force created by the screw rotation, the raw material melts and moves forward. The molten raw material fills the closed mold cavity with hydraulic pistons.
